For all teams

1. Please continue to check entries for any crew errors. There are about 80 crews entered so more eyes on it to ensure they are correct is important

2. Let me know any subs required asap which I will do on BROE

3. My intention is to be in Nottingham on Friday 24th April from about 11:30 to set up. I will be on site until about 16:30, but I am only 10 minutes away if anyone is there later on Friday.

4. TURT all teams base will be on the score board side of the course. I will be there from early on Saturday morning.

5. I will have all team T-shirts for collection and be on hand to answer any questions. My preference is for coaches to come and see me rather then parents

6. Any STITCH kit ordered as part of a group delivery I will have with me on Friday or Saturday for collection from the The WIndsor Boys' School Boat Club MARQUEE on the score board side of the course. If you have ordered it for home delivery, it should be with you early next week all going well, but any problems do let me know.

7. Coaches should be on the Thames UP River COACHES ONLY group chat. Please ensure there are only coaches on here  - no parents or athletes.
